14-Day Return Window

We offer a 14-day return window from the date your item was delivered. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging (including intact shrink wrap and seals).

• Hygiene Standard: Due to safety and hygiene standards, fragrances that have been sprayed or tested are not eligible for return.
• No Restocking Fee: We do not charge restocking fees for eligible returns.
• No Direct Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you prefer a different fragrance, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.

How to Initiate a Return

2. Once authorized, we will provide specific instructions and the return address for our Sacramento facility.
3. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can only issue refunds for items that physically arrive at our warehouse.

Refund Processing

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the bottle is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and shipping box. We will provide a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, for verified errors.

Cancellations
